Environmental protection and preservation embraces the concept of industry best practice restoration procedures. To live up to this responsibility, each employee is held responsible and accountable for their own health,safety performance and that of colleagues and others within the company’s premises.

KCPL HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The personal safety and health of each employee of KCP is of primary importance. We at KCP believe that our employees are our most important assets and that their safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility. Management at KCP provides all mechanical and physical facilities required for the personal safety and health of each of its employees.

Our concern for safety and health of all human beings is daily, even hourly. We expect every person who conducts the affairs of our company, no matter in what capacity they function to accept this concern and its responsibility. Employees are expected to use the safety equipment provided. Rules of conduct and rules of safety and health must be observed and note that safety equipment cannot be abused or destroyed.
